ML Elite Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in ML Elite programmes and use of the ML Elite website.

1. Participation
Participation in ML Elite activities is subject to approval, availability, and compliance with club standards and safeguarding expectations.

2. Conduct
Athletes, parents, and visitors are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times.

3. Health & Safety
Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions and follow all instructions provided by coaches and staff.

4. Media & Photography
ML Elite may capture photos or videos during sessions, events, or activities for promotional and educational purposes unless consent is withdrawn.

5. Liability
Participation in basketball and physical activity carries inherent risk. ML Elite is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages except where required by law.

6. Programme Changes
ML Elite reserves the right to:
– Modify schedules
– Adjust programme structures
– Cancel or reschedule sessions where necessary

7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, and materials remain the property of ML Elite unless otherwise stated.

8. Website Usage
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or engage in harmful activity.
